Shannon grew up in a family of generational real estate agents and brokers, and on constructions sites watching her Dad build custom homes throughout the Texas Hill Country. From a very young age she learned first hand what it took to run a small company, and it forever made a mark on her heart. She is a firm believer in all things home. Her very first job landed her in the invigorating and creative world of interior design, where she spent many fulfilling years over-seeing renovation and remodeling projects for her Clients. As her journey unfolded she would spread her wings further and dive into the fast-paced and rewarding world of real estate, working as a Transaction Manager for several top producing Agents in Colorado. In time all roads led her to linking arms with her husband Joe, gaining her mortgage license and co-founding Cherished Dwellings & Co. Shannon’s approach to every home loan process is making sure her Clients and Realtor Partners alike feel secure, valued, educated and empowered. She believes homeownership is a beauitful and powerful cornerstone to a strong community, builds a keystone of wealth, and provides a foundation for peace and security to Families and Buyers.

She is loving wife and a trailblazer with her husband and business partner Joe. Together they are proud and devoted parents to three awesome kiddos. In her free time she still enjoys interior design projects, frequently hosting friends and family over for dinner, and being outdoors with her family and fouth baby our pup Jet.
